Who is a candidate for Snap-On Smile?
Snap-On Smile® can be an excellent choice for anyone with gaps, crooked, stained or missing teeth. Anyone who is looking for a comfortable alternative to partial dentures. Anyone who would like a Hollywood smile without the expense and discomfort of complex and invasive dental procedures.
Who is not a candidate for Snap-On Smile?
People with very few natural teeth or very loose teeth. People in the middle of Orthodontic treatment.. People with severely advanced periodontal disease. People that have prognathic appearance or severely facially inclined teeth.
Will Snap-On Smile effect my speech?
Speech can be affected for the first time wearing a Snap-On Smile, though it varies per patient. We suggest phonetic exercises to become acclimated to you Snap-On Smile.
Can you eat and drink while wearing a Snap-On Smile?
You can eat or drink while wearing your Snap-On Smile, but it is recommended to start with softer foods and move up to harder foods when you become comfortable with your Snap-On Smile. It is not recommended that you chew gum or eat sticky foods with your Snap-On Smile, however you can eat and drink most foods and beverages with it in as you normally would.
How to do I clean my Snap-On Smile?
1. Place your Snap-On Smile in a cup. Pour half a cap full of the Snap-On Smile Cleaning Solution in to the cup. Pour cool to lukewarm water in to the cup. The water should cover the Snap-On Smile.
2. Soak appliance for 15 minutes.
3. Remove the Snap-On Smile and rinse thoroughly under running water before using. You may use a soft toothbrush on the inside of the appliance to gently remove any residue.
I ran out of Snap-On Smile Cleaning Solution, what do I do now?
Contact our office about getting more Snap-On Smile Cleaning Solution. Continue to use a soft toothbrush on the inside of the Snap-On Smile to remove any residue; then rinse. Toothpaste or other denture soaking materials are not recommended since they are abrasive.
How long will my Snap-On Smile last?
With proper care Snap-On Smile® have been know to last 2 to even 5 years.
What is the Snap-On Smile warranty?
Snap-On Smile is a custom-made appliance, therefore it can not be returned for a refund at any time. However, if for any reason your Snap-On Smile fails due to a manufacturing defect we will replace it within 1 year of your original appointment date. A nominal $49 shipping and handling fee will be required for warranty service after the first 3 months of ownership.
